Students celebrate after meeting challenges to show respect and help others (photo gallery)

A dance party and a principal duct taping were part of a fun celebration at White Bluffs Elementary School on Friday afternoon.....

  • The dance party was the reward for earning 4,000 PAW points for the third trimester; students earn PAW points for showing respect, making good decisions, and solving problems.
  • Principal Paul Chartrand challenged White Bluffs students to raise at least $3000 during the school’s Pennies for Patients drive; students met that goal and had the opportunity to duct tape Mr. Chartrand to the wall.

"Our students have been doing what is right and this is a fun way to celebrate their positive choices," noted Chartrand.
