Student art work selected for Bellevue art show (photo gallery)

Congratulations to these talented Hanford High School art students for having their jewelry and metal creations selected for the 2018 Passing the Torch Exhibit at the Bellevue Arts Museum: Tanner Trachsel, Celeste Pe, Jennifer Lentz, Caleb Olson, Laycie Thomas, and Faith Brown. The exhibit is on display April 20 through June 24.

Passing the Torch is the Seattle Metals Guild’s annual statewide jewelry and metal arts competition and exhibition for Washington State high school students. “Passing the Torch gives students the experience of exhibiting their metal work and encourages them to consider a life in metal arts,” says Kelley Muntean, HHS art teacher.
