RSD Welcomes New Executive Director of Finance

We are excited to announce that Travis Belisle will be joining the Richland School District as the new Executive Director of Finance. Mr. Belisle brings a wealth of experience from his time at Educational Services District 123 as the Fiscal Services Administrator, where he built a strong reputation for collaboration and excellence in financial management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Belisle has consistently demonstrated a remarkable work ethic and dedication to helping school districts achieve financial stability. His ability to perform under pressure, think quickly, and make sound decisions while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail has set him apart in the field.

“We are excited to welcome Travis to the Richland School District as our new Executive Director of Finance,” said Superintendent Dr. Shelley Redinger. “With his proven track record of financial management, we are confident he will play a pivotal role in balancing our budget and ensuring fiscal security for our district.”

Mr. Belisle is a U.S. Navy veteran who served for four years before transitioning to civil service for the Department of Defense. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting, Management, and Human Resource Management from Columbia College in 2012. Prior to joining the Richland School District, Mr. Belisle held roles in the financial services departments at the Grandview and Wahluke School Districts, as well as at Educational Service Districts 105 and 123.
