The Richland School District Early Learning Center is now enrolling children for its free preschool program for the 2026-27 school year.
This program is available to qualifying families living within Richland School District boundaries and provides young learners with a strong foundation for future academic success through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
To qualify, children must be 3 or 4 years old by August 31, 2026.
