Policy 8230 - Restrictions on Sale of Certain Food Items in Schools
Sales of certain categories of foods to pupils shall not be allowed in the cafeteria or other food service areas during the times breakfast and lunch are being served.
District definition of restricted food categories and authorized sale periods shall be in compliance with directives from the United States Department of Agriculture and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
