Policy 4313 - Gratuities
School Board members and district employees shall not accept any gratuity or special favor from individuals with whom the district is doing business or proposing to do business when such circumstances might reasonably be interrupted as an attempt to influence the recipients in the conduct of their work.
Neither shall an employee or Board member offer any favor, service, or thing of value with the intent to obtain advantage special advantage from such business firms or individuals.
