Policy 3512 - Coin Drives for Charitable Purpose
Coin drives may be deposited with Coinstar or other similarly operated service companies for charitable fund coin drives. A fee may be imposed by Coinstar or similar operated companies. Supporting documentation should be maintained, including a deposit slip and accounted for in ASB charitable fund accounts. The charitable organization that is receiving the donation should be notified of the donation.
