Policy 3440 - Removal of Student During School Day

Students will be released from school premises only if requested by the custodial parent or guardian enrolling said student or by court order, arrest warrant or circumstances cited in the law. Before a student is removed or excused, the person seeking to remove the student must satisfy the principal or designee that he/she has proper authority. A teacher shall not excuse a student from the premises unless the request is approved by the principal or designee.
