Policy 3232 - Inspection of Assigned Student Storage Area
Lockers/desks and storage areas are school property made available by the school to a student on the condition that same area is subject to inspection from time to time as determined to be appropriate by the school official. Inspection shall be in furtherance of student’s health and safety and/or the general welfare of the school.
If appropriate, students shall be present during search and seizure operations.
