1240 - Committees

Policy 1240

A majority of the board may create committees of the board. No more than two board members will serve on any board-appointed committee. The board chair/president will appoint board members to serve on such committees, the purpose and terms of which will be determined by a majority vote of the board. All such committees will be board driven and remain entirely at the discretion of the majority of the board.
