HOW IS RIVER'S EDGE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER HIGH SCHOOLS?
Although we are a public school and part of the Richland School District, we are able to offer a variety of programs to fit different learning styles and specific student needs.

WHAT DIFFERENT KINDS OF PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
We have three primary types of program. A full-day program which includes both block and traditional classes, a contracted independent study program, and an individualized need program in which each person is set up with a unique plan.

Applications are not accepted directly into individualized programs. Consideration is at the discretion of River's Edge High School or the Richland School District, and generally requires a team meeting with the student, parents, and district staff involved with that student.

HOW CAN I APPLY TO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM?
Applications are not accepted for the middle school program. Placement is determined by the student's middle school and personnel at the district level.
