HHS eFolio/ Culminating Project
We are currently working to develop a Web-Based eFolio System that will enable students to demonstrate their mastery of the competencies that establish an education at Hanford High School. This will be a vehicle for students to plan, monitor and reflect upon their learning experiences. The completion of the student eFolio will be part of the culminating project required by Washington State for the graduates of the year 2008. Parent logon's are available by contacting the HHS Career Center

We will be checking student eFolios electronically this year so students will not be meeting with their advisors. The electronic checkpoints will be on the 11/17 early release, 1/20 professional day, 3/16 RO day, and 5/18 early release day. Students need to have their artifacts in the day BEFORE the above dates.

Reflection

Reflection is the most powerful learning experience of the eFolio process. Students will be asked to reflect on and then explain how each of their artifacts demonstrates their understanding and ability to execute the competency for which they are submitting each artifact Students will also need to identify in this section what grade was given to the work submitted.
