2003 Bond Issue Projects

In April 2003, Richland School District voters approved a bond issue to improve Richland High School, Hanford High School and Jason Lee Elementary School, and to build a new middle school (Enterprise) and a new elementary school (White Bluffs). It was a milestone event that will positively impact students and families for decades to come. The good news for local taxpayers is that the projects were completed on time and under budget.  Please enjoy these photographic histories of the five projects.
