Since 1993, the Richland Education Foundation has been helping bridge the gap between available public funding and the increased need for innovative educational programs. Thanks to the contributions of many community businesses and individuals, we are able to continue to make a significant educational impact and provide opportunities for personal growth for the students of the Richland School District. Over 95% of the funds raised go directly to funding the educational grants we award to the educators within the school district.

Realizing that state education funds are barely covering the essential materials, the Richland Education Foundation has been lending a hand. Through grants from the Foundation, teachers, schools and other district representatives receive funding to create new, innovative ways to motivate students. Each year, the number of grant requests increase. Since 1993-94, our program has channeled over $210,000 in grants to support Richland schools.
The Richland Education Foundation is more ambitious for its future. To continue to make contributions to improved educational opportunities for years to come, the Foundation must have an adequate financial base.
