In April 2005, the Richland School Board selected Integrus Architecture, Spokane, to be the architectural firm for the White Bluffs Elementary School project. The school site is located just west of the Brookshire Estates development. The address is 1250 Kensington Way.

Driving directions from the intersection of Queensgate Drive and Keene Road -- Go west on Keene to Kensington Way (entrance to Brookshire Estates), take a left on Kensington Way and follow Kensington about a half mile to the school site. Driving directions from the intersection of Bombing Range Road and Keene Road in West Richland -- Go east on Keene to Kensington Way, take a right on Kensington Way and follow Kensington about a half mile to the school site.
